I was impressed with the scope of your scientific knowledge and the way in which you were able to explain things to me and my client. Equally impressive was your knowledge of the inner workings of the DEP. Thanks to Entech, our transaction was able to close on time.

My tank was abandoned 30+ years ago underground. I had an excellent experience with Entech Group. When the estimator came - he spent the time to answer many questions about the process. He also provided the estimate right there and explained the charges. There are unknown charges since they can't ...

Homes With Previously Abandoned Underground Storage Tanks in NJ on the Rise.

The Entech Group, Inc., an engineering, environmental and construction company in New Jersey, has issued an alert to property owners, lawyers and real estate agents about the increasing rate of abandoned underground storage tanks (UST) found in NJ. For the past twenty years, Entech has been a leading service provider for the proper removal and installation of storage tank systems.

NJ realtors should be aware that an abandoned underground oil tank could be a source of soil and ground water contamination. Some abandoned oil tanks in NJ have been left with oil still inside, and under certain conditions, may have adverse affect on our environment. Since the lifespan of an oil tank is only about 15 years, many of these older tanks face the risk of corrosion and deterioration. This can also cause a potential cave-in or collapse.
